Toastmasters is an educational organization that offers a public speaking and leadership skills development track through a worldwide network of clubs.
By regularly giving prepared and impromptu speeches, receiving feedback, managing meetings and teams, and guiding others to achieve their goals in a supportive atmosphere, members are empowered and develop their communication skills to lead.
Within the Executive Committee of the Amsterdam Toastmasters Club, I planned, organized and directed a program that: ensured existing members' retention, development, motivation and growth; and promoted the Club, bringing in guests and transforming them into active committed members.

With my 3 daughters, we are on a mission to promote Amsterdam as an ideal gateway for families travelling with children and teenagers.
This is our first family business, a way for them to develop entrepreneurial skills.
We want to share ideas for a unique stay (original, local and fun) that will make everyone happy and create unforgettable memories -away from the red light district and drugs. I guide tourists in French or English in the city and its museums.

I graduated as official museum guide with the Indonesian Heritage Society and then guided tourists/locals/expats/school kids though the Museum Nasional Jakarta in English or French.
To achieve that, I completed research, written and spoken assignments on history, ethnography, textiles, bronzes, religions, homes & habitat in Indonesia, in addition to continuous on-site lectures and trainings.

I co-founded an exclusive hand-made shoes business in Malaysia. I designed collections of kids & adults leather sandals and closed uniform shoes.
I lead the prototyping/pre-production/production process with six local suppliers.
I created the brand, its universe, visual identity, the associated story telling
I defined the marketing and sales strategy for Year 1 and scale up phase.
I sold >700 units in four months, to end customers via showrooms, pop up shops, bazaars and online sales.

I co-founded a professional network of French-speaking business women in Kuala Lumpur area, and then led its management team.
I created, designed, set up and launched the concept according to the markets needs, organized monthly dinner-conferences gathering over 50 attendants, set up a series of high quality business related training workshops with 10/12 attendants and ensured the sustainability of the network by on boarding a management team.

I sold a cross-border / multi-currencies / card-non-present (online and MOTO) acquiring solution (financial product/payment processing) to Europe-HQ multinational e-merchants.
In short, I hunted in segments of activities and markets new to the company, with a focus on retail and the French market, built knowledge through research and developed a network of partners in the payment industry.

I developed (50%) and maintained (50%) a cross-industry customer portfolio on the French market (food, automotive, construction, energy, chemicals, general engineering, handling…).
How? I carried out quotations and did tactical pricing for regional and national tenders. I maintained awareness of market conditions and competitors’ products and pricing. I maximized product-mix and pricing strategies in a competitive and stressed market environment. I provided technical, administrative, credit and supply chain support to customers.
